it's been a while since i've used del.icio.us, and i logged back on today to track some energy articles...
...and wow is that site user-friendly! it's just a great invention - provides a service that nobody else does (allowing you to have bookmarks online instead of stored only on your browser), incorporates on web 2.0 "internet communities" philosophy and is now -even moreso than before- user friendly.
last night i picked up this book that i've read in english, kriegsland im osten. it's about the eastward expansion of german soldiers during wwi (not wwii!!) and how (among other things) that affected their identity. here's a critical review. next on my list to read is my boss's book about the former german foreign minister.
i haven't been dedicating as much time to my project as i like. but that's obv. going to change soon. i have been thinking of doing all the factual related information of my project on wikipedia - that is to say, keep uploading information i find so it's there for the world, there to be edited in case i get things wrong, and easily accessible to me. or maybe i should wait until i've written something, then upload the whole thing. but i've been saying that about my essays forever.
