....you could automatically merge chat windows. just like when you put a folder on top of another folder, one goes inside the other, dragging one chat window onto another would make a group chat with three windows (one group, and one with the other two individuals).
....if YOU could decide which emails to group rather than having your program decide it for you by subject line
....if more email programs did 'labels' like gmail instead of 'folders'
